Our upcoming meetings will open doors for established groups to become FACES chapters, and local support groups to begin forming to network families. Additional avenues of training will be coming as FACES explores online and teleconferencing modes of learning. We currently have several regional training events scheduled for May. Join us for an "Ask the Experts" evening with representatives from Medicaid, Early Intervention, Office of Comprehensive Services, Special Education, Behavioral and Developmental Services, and Social Services. These experts will be present for informal question and answer forums for parents and youth (workers are always welcome, too!). If you are interested in having an "Ask the Experts" evening on one of the Wednesdays in May, please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call us toll-free at 877 VA FACES (823-2237). The other regional training we are offering is on trauma and healing. Expert Dawn Wadiak will be the featured training.
